Watch discuss goal setting. Zig mentions four steps to goal setting.

1) Write it down.

2) Put a date on it.

3) List the obstacles you must overcome.

4) Identify the people, group or organizations you need to work with.

and

5) Spell out a plan of action (with a time limit).

    I really like the power and simplicity of these five steps.

    Another dynamic I’ve noticed is how important it is to keep setting goals again and again because once a goal is fulfilled, it’s easy to feel empty or aimless.
