“TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!!!” (Buzz Lightyear)

“The human body moves forward in time at the rate of one second per second whether we like it or not. But the the human mind can move through time in any direction and at any speed it chooses.”
Time Travel in the Brain by Daniel Gilbert and Randy Buckner

This is a great article about the dark network and how are brains are designed to travel in time. We review our past and predict our future. This is our default mode. We spend more of our time away from the present than in it. This might be the reason why we have such a hard time living in the moment because we are either thinking about what we have done, or thinking about what we are going to do. It may also give us a clue about the Law of Attraction and how we seem to attract what we don’t want. That’s because we give our energy, attention and focus on the past and more importantly things that have happened already, rather than the present.
